Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Social Services/Employment Placement Coordinator for the Residential Reentry Center (RRC) Case Manager role in Wichita, KS. The incumbent will oversee programs and services for federal offenders, upholding federal, state, and local regulations while coordinating with USPO, BOP, and Mirror leadership.

The position emphasizes written and verbal communication, teamwork with staff and community partners, and responsibility for referrals, resident engagement, and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a social or behavioral science field is preferred.
• Minimum one year of case management or supervision experience with offenders.
• Education/experience combination may substitute: five years total work experience in lieu of education.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain written and verbal communications with referral sources and professionals.
• Collaborate with staff and community partners to engage residents.
• Refer residents to community-based services as needed.
• Provide resident groups and programs to engagement residents.
• Be available for on-call duties and timely reporting.
• Monitor resident itineraries and conduct incident reporting when needed.
