Job summary

• Prior experience in case management, social work, re-entry services, or a related field.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiar with Washington, D.C.-based resources and systems relevant to returning citizens.
• Trauma-informed and culturally responsive in client engagement.
• Comfortable using case management databases and common software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
