Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active California licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Clinical Psychologist in good standing.
• Experience with individuals with behavioral health and/or substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical consultation and guidance to care coordination staff.
• Develop individualized care plans addressing various health needs.
• Ensure participants are connected to treatment providers prior to release.
• Participate in case conferences and program planning activities.

Skills

Knowledge of Medi-Cal

Experience with behavioral health

CPR Certification

First Aid Certification

Ability to engage with justice-involved populations

Education

Master’s degree in Social Work

Active California licensure as LCSW or equivalent
