Responsibilities

• Conduct criminogenic risk and needs assessments, focusing on SUD and behavioral health.
• Use validated tools and state guidelines for assessments.
• Evaluate readiness for treatment and barriers to engagement.
• Document findings accurately and in compliance with standards.
• Generate placement recommendations aligned with STOP modalities (outpatient, residential, CBT, case management).
• Coordinate referrals with parole officers and staff to ensure timely placements.
• Assist with placement logistics and verify program capacity.
• Monitor referral progress and address barriers to entry.
• Work onsite in designated parole offices and participate in case conferences.
• Serve as liaison between parole, STOP staff, providers, and partners.
