Redemption Church is seeking a part-time, in-person Administrator for the Redemption Experience & Dream Team. This role provides essential administrative support to the Experience & Dream Team, helping to coordinate volunteers, manage communications, and keep ministry systems organized.
You will work closely with the Department Head to prepare Sunday services, support scheduling, onboarding, and record-keeping, and ensure volunteers and guests have a welcoming, well-supported experience.
Reports To: Redemption Experience & Dream Team Department Head
Classification: Part-Time, Non-Exempt (In-Person)
Schedule: 25 hours per week
Sundays: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Tuesdays: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Wednesdays: 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Thursdays: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM 30-minute lunch)
The Redemption Experience & Dream Team Administrator provides administrative support to the Redemption Experience & Dream Team Department by helping keep volunteers, communication, and ministry systems organized and running smoothly. Working closely with the Department Head, this role assists with volunteer administration, scheduling, database management, communications, and Sunday preparation so leaders can focus on creating an exceptional experience for every guest and volunteer.
The ideal candidate: Loves serving behind the scenes. Is highly organized and dependable. Communicates clearly and professionally. Takes initiative and follows through. Learns new systems quickly. Works well with both staff and volunteers. Has a servant's heart and represents Redemption with excellence.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, and assist with weekend or event setup as needed.
Organized ministry systems and accurate records. Clear, timely communication with volunteers. Well-prepared weekends and ministry events. Strong administrative support for the Redemption Experience & Dream Team. Guests and volunteers feel welcomed, equipped, and cared for.
