Jerry.ai seeks a Reddit Social Media Manager to own and grow our official Reddit presence across brand-owned subs and relevant automotive, financial, and consumer communities. You will craft in-depth posts, guides, and visuals that educate car owners on ownership, insurance savings, and maintenance while respecting subreddit cultures.

You will monitor karma, sentiment, and referral traffic, turning community insights into product feedback and content improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing organic social or community strategy, with heavy emphasis on Reddit.
• Experience in consumer tech, fintech, insurtech, or proven growth of other social accounts is ideal.
• Deep understanding of karma, subreddit dynamics, automods, shadowbans, and platform rules.

Responsabilités

• Own Jerry’s presence across Reddit including brand-owned subreddits and relevant communities.
• Craft high-effort posts, guides, and visual breakdowns tailored to subreddit cultures.
• Serve as first line of defense in crisis discussions and community sentiment management.
• Track metrics like Karma growth, share of voice, referral traffic, and SEO impact.
• Feed insights to Product and Content teams to surface user pain points and trends.
