Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Reddit Social Media Manager to own our official Reddit presence across brand-owned subreddits and related automotive, financial, and consumer communities.

You will craft high‑quality, informative posts and deep-dive guides on car ownership, insurance savings, and maintenance, while monitoring Karma, sentiment, and share of voice. A strong emphasis on transparency and helpful responses will build trust and authority.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing organic social or community strategy, with a heavy emphasis on Reddit.
• Experience ideally within consumer tech, fintech, or insurtech, or a proven track record of growing other social accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own Jerry’s official presence across Reddit, including brand-owned subreddits and organic engagement in automotive, financial, and consumer communities.
• Craft high-effort, informative posts, deep-dive guides, and visual breakdowns on car ownership, insurance savings, and maintenance tactics tailored to subreddit cultures.
• Act as the first line of defense in threads discussing Jerry, turning frustrated posts into trust-building service moments through transparent, helpful responses.
• Track key metrics including Karma growth, thread sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and how Reddit discussions influence search indexability and LLM citations.
• Feed organic Reddit insights to Product and Content teams to improve offerings and content strategy.
