Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a dedicated Reddit Social Media Manager to own and grow the company’s presence across Reddit. You will craft engaging, high-value posts and guides on car ownership, insurance savings, and maintenance, tailored to subreddit cultures, while managing the brand's reputation and driving organic engagement.

You will track Karma, sentiment, share of voice, and referral traffic, feeding insights back to Product and Content teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing organic social or community strategy, with a heavy emphasis on Reddit.
• Experience ideally within consumer tech, fintech, or insurtech, or a demonstrated track record of growing other social accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own Jerry.ai's official presence across Reddit, including brand-owned subreddits and organic engagement in broader automotive, financial, and consumer communities.
• Craft high-effort, informative text posts, deep-dive guides, and visual breakdowns on car ownership, insurance savings, and maintenance tactics tailored to specific subreddit cultures.
• Act as the first line of defense in threads discussing Jerry.ai, turning frustrated posts into trust-building service moments.
• Track metrics including Karma growth, thread sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and impact on search/indexing.
• Feed insights to Product and Content teams to improve the product and content strategy.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of karma, subreddit dynamics, automods, and the platform's unspoken rules.
• Leverage knowledge of how Reddit content feeds into Google SGE, LLMs, and organic SEO.
