Jerry.ai is hiring a Reddit Social Media Manager to lead our brand presence on Reddit and related automotive, financial, and consumer communities. You will craft high-effort posts, deep-dive guides, and visual breakdowns about car ownership, insurance savings, and maintenance strategies, tailored to subreddit cultures.

You will act as the first line of defense in discussions about Jerry, turning frustrated posts into trust-building service moments, while tracking key metrics and feeding insights

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing organic social or community strategy with a focus on Reddit.
• Deep understanding of karma, subreddit dynamics, automods, and shadowbans.
• Experience within consumer tech, fintech, or insurtech is preferred.
• Proven track record of growing other social accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own Jerry’s official presence across Reddit and brand-owned subreddits.
• Craft high-effort, informative posts and guides tailored to Reddit cultures.
• Act as first line of defense in threads, turning frustrations into trust.
• Track Karma growth, sentiment, share of voice, and traffic effects.
• Provide Reddit insights to Product and Content teams.
• Understand karma dynamics, automods, shadowbans and platform rules.
