Jerry.ai is seeking a Reddit Social Media Manager to own our presence across Reddit, shaping a trusted voice in automotive and insurtech topics. You will craft high-value posts and guides, balance technical advice with timely memes, and monitor sentiment and engagement across communities.

You will translate Reddit feedback into actionable insights for Product and Content teams, helping us grow credibility and organic reach while navigating vibrant subreddit cultures.

Competenze

• Reddit native with understanding of karma, subreddits, automods, and unspoken rules.
• 2+ years managing organic social or community strategy, preferably in consumer tech.
• Value-first strategist prioritizing long-term trust over quick conversions.
• Technical awareness of how Reddit content feeds into SEO and search engines.
