You will translate complex auto-financial topics into upvote-worthy discussions and build trust through transparent responses.

The role emphasizes long-term value over quick conversions, with a focus on organic growth, brand equity, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing organic social or community strategy with a Reddit focus
• Experience within consumer tech, fintech, or insurtech is preferred
• Proven track record growing other social accounts and driving engagement
• Understanding of how Reddit content feeds into SEO and LLMs

Responsibilities

• Own Jerry’s Reddit presence across brand-owned subs and related communities
• Craft high-effort posts, deep-dive guides, and visual breakdowns tailored to subreddit cultures
• Serve as first line of defense in reputation and crisis management
• Provide cross-functional feedback from Reddit insights to Product and Content teams
• Demonstrate strong understanding of karma, subreddits, and moderator ecosystem
