Job summary

The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a Database Specialist in the Department of Emergency Medicine to advance data management for multicenter trials. You will design REDCap workflows, implement data collection instruments, perform testing, and ensure data quality across sites.

This full-time position offers a hybrid schedule (2–3 days on campus) and the chance to collaborate with a vibrant, multidisciplinary research team working on critically ill and injured patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3 years REDCap development experience
• Master's preferred; 4 years REDCap development experience
• Strong data management and collaborative skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate start-up activities for data management systems
• Design and implement REDCap instruments and workflows
• Perform thorough functional testing before deployment
• Maintain databases and provide administrative services for the project
• Provide training for study personnel on data collection, cleaning, and analysis
• Develop protocol-specific systems and process documentation
