Job summary

Beyond SOF is seeking a Red Team-focused professional to support education and training initiatives within DoD-related programs. The role includes providing expert guidance on policy, career development, and coordinating red team efforts across sensitive initiatives.

You will facilitate red teams using SATs, collaborate with planners and SMEs, and help publish practical guidance for red-teaming best practices while assisting in bid and proposal activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities; able to convey complex guidance clearly.
• Formal Red Team facilitator training or certification preferred.
• Prior DoD experience as a contractor, civilian, or military greatly valued.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks and analyses related to Red Teaming military education and training initiatives.
• Support guidance development and oversight of education, training, and best practices.
• Provide SME advice for DoD guidance, policy, and career development.
• Facilitate red teams for DoD initiatives using structured analytic techniques (SATs).
• Collaborate with planners, action officers, and SMEs through red team life cycle.
• Analyze reviews and trends from sensitive initiatives to guide future red teaming effort levels.
• Evaluate SAT applicability to the red teaming process and publish practical guidance.
• Identify lessons learned with educators and leaders to teach and implement best practices.
