Job summary

Beyond SOF is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead technical management and mentorship of contract staff within the red cyber operations team. The role requires CONUS and OCONUS travel, about 15%, and a Top Secret/ SCI–level clearance.

The Program Manager will guide performance, drive cyber red team operations, and coordinate efforts to support development of code, tools, and exploits while ensuring rigorous documentation and compliance across complex programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership and program management experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Excellent communication skills with strong background in cyber red teaming and cyber mission assurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of the work and guide project execution.
• Lead and manage the cyber red team to achieve objectives.
• Plan and coordinate red cyber operations to support code/tool/ Exploit development and documentation management.
• Manage concurrent, time-sensitive, complex tasks.
