Beyond SOF is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead the cyber red team and mentor contract staff. The role supports technical management across red cyber operations and requires TS/SCI clearance with travel about 15% (CONUS/OCONUS).

You will coordinate planning, performance, and documentation for complex red cyber projects, ensuring timely, high-quality results while guiding a senior team in a Federal Solutions environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership and management experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Excellent communication skills with strong background in cyber red teaming or cyber operations.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage concurrent, time-sensitive tasks.
• Proficient knowledge of red cyber operations to mentor contract staff.
