Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Central Territory is seeking a Kettle Coordinator to oversee the Red Kettle Campaign operations during the holiday season. You will manage kettle drivers, routes and schedules, and step in when needed to keep fundraising efforts running smoothly.

Responsibilities include organizing kettle pickups, printing schedules, counting kettles, maintaining inventory of kettle supplies, and ensuring reliable coverage with limited time off during the kettle season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license (insurance carrier approval required).
• Experience in customer service or sales.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing kettle drivers, routes and schedules.
• Fill in for kettle drivers.
• Verifying and printing bell ringer schedules.
• Organizing kettle pickups and tracking of kettle location.
• Assist in the kettle counting process.
• Maintain inventory of kettle supplies.
• Must be able to work as assigned without time off during kettle season.
