Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to recruit and coordinate volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Recruit volunteer bell ringers and groups and set dates, times, and locations.
• Contact volunteers by phone or email to schedule ringing times.
• Call local businesses to sign them up for kettle sponsorship.
• Sort kettle money with volunteers according to guidelines.
• Transfer money to bank for processing per guidelines.
• Enter daily funds into tracking spreadsheet and SA tracker as directed.
• Promote bell ringing opportunities in the community.
• Maintain kettle equipment and inspect for damage.
• Send thank you notes to volunteers and kettle locations.
• Make copies of checks and deliver to Field Rep.
