Job summary

ALLCPR is seeking an experienced Instructor Trainer to deliver American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor courses and train candidates to become certified instructors. Sessions occur across various settings, including schools, community centers, hospitals, and corporate offices, with a focus on compliant teaching methods and hands-on CPR/AED demonstration.

Role requires current ARC Instructor Trainer certification, strong CPR/AED knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor Trainer certification.
• Strong knowledge of CPR and AED techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver effective training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor courses.
• Deliver instructor-level trainings to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques per ARC requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to improve performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
