Job summary

MERS Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking a Recycling & Warehouse Associate to support donation processing, loading shipments, and inventory control at the Market Outlet Center. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• No degree is required; HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
• Math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Handle all donations with care and respect.
• Unload inbound shipments safely and move products to designated areas.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage; report variances.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment; ensure correct quantity and type.
• Perform picking duties to meet customer service standards.
• Move product from staging and storage into trailers.
• Sort donated goods and purchased goods into categories for sales or recycling.
• Operate machinery safely for tipping or compacting products.
