Job summary

T1 Energy, based in Wilmer, Texas, is seeking a Trash Recycling Lead to direct a team of sorting technicians and machine operators on the production floor. You will oversee daily tasks, enforce safety, and ensure quotas are met while maintaining equipment in top condition.

You’ll supervise workflow on the sorting floor, train staff on material identification and equipment use, and safely operate heavy machinery such as balers, forklifts, conveyors, and shredders, logging preventive maintenance

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a frontline recycling or manufacturing team.
• Ability to enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA standards.
• Proven track record meeting daily quotas.
• Experience operating heavy processing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily tasks for line workers and direct workflow on the sorting floor.
• Train staff on material identification and equipment use.
• Safely operate and monitor balers, forklifts, conveyors, and shredders.
• Log preventative maintenance and uphold safety standards.
