Job summary

Locke Staffing Group is seeking ambitious, coachable individuals to start a career in recruitment in Phoenix/Scottsdale. You will learn the full recruitment sales cycle, source candidates from LinkedIn and job boards, interview, negotiate salaries, and place candidates with client companies, all with dedicated mentorship.

You’ll receive base pay plus uncapped commissions, with trainees hitting $75k+ in year one.
