The Opportunity

Step into a dynamic role with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where innovation meets opportunity. As part of the Enrollment Management team, the Recruitment Systems Analyst plays a key role in supporting recruitment and admissions operations through data management, reporting, and systems integration.

The Recruitment Systems Analyst helps ensure the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of recruitment and admissions data across Salesforce (primary platform supporting daily operations), Campus Solutions, and other institutional systems. This includes supporting integrated tools such as Marketing Cloud, Mogli SMS, Blackthorn Events, Geopointe, FormAssembly, and DemandTools to ensure seamless data flow and engagement operation. This position collaborates closely with the Senior Assistant Director of Business Systems, Enrollment Marketing, and Recruitment/Admissions leadership to execute recurring data workflows, improve automation, and maintain the systems that drive prospective student engagement.

This is a business-focused systems role within Enrollment Management, intended for a professional who applies technology to support recruitment and admissions operations rather than an IT infrastructure or software development specialist. The position emphasizes CRM use, data quality, reporting, process improvement, and collaboration with technical teams.

This role offers exposure to enterprise CRM systems and cross-functional collaboration across enrollment, marketing, and technology teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, technology, and process improvement in a mission-driven higher education environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute recurring data imports, exports, and audits across recruitment and admissions systems.
  • Identify, merge, and proactively manage duplicate records within Salesforce using data hygiene best practices and tools such as DemandTools to maintain data integrity.
  • Maintain and document data workflows, ensuring accuracy and compliance with university standards.
  • Support the creation of Salesforce reports and dashboards to monitor enrollment and recruitment metrics.
  • Assist with CRM enhancements, testing, and process automation initiatives.
  • Support communication and engagement platforms integrated with Salesforce (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Mogli SMS, and event management tools), ensuring accurate audience segmentation and data alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-campus teams to support outreach, communication, and admissions activities.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation for recurring system functions and process improvements.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Education Cloud preferred) as a primary CRM platform, and tools such as DemandTools, Informatica, and FormAssembly.
  • Experience with record deduplication and data hygiene best practices strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate a willingness to seek guidance and direction as necessary for the performance of duties.
  • Must demonstrate excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail to ensure a high degree of accuracy of all content.
