Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL seeks a Student Recruitment Counselor to guide prospective students through the admissions process, represent ERAU at events, and support enrollment initiatives across Worldwide/Online Campus.
You will build relationships, manage projects, collaborate with admissions and advising, and help maintain ERAU’s commitment to excellence in student services, including programs for military and corporate affiliates.
The Student Recruitment Counselor (SRC) is a full-cycle recruiterworking with prospective students to provide them with accurateinformation allowing them to make an informed decision. They mayrepresent the university on occasion at educational fairs andtradeshows, as well as other post-secondary enrollment events.Working within the Student Recruitment Division, the StudentRecruitment Counselor assists with the development of recruitmentplans to meet targeted projections by implementing innovative aswell as effective recruitment tactics and initiatives. The StudentRecruitment Counselor is responsible for creating and maintainingrelationships with prospective students through matriculation;assisting prospective students inquiring about various educationalopportunities available through the Worldwide/Online Campus; manageprojects as assigned; and assisting other departments such asadmissions and advising as required. This position supportsexcellence in student services at every opportunity and seeks tocontinuously maintain a healthy relationship with university,military, and corporate affiliations. All SRC’s are required toutilize multiple resources and tools throughout their day to dayactivities for the purpose of effective recruitment.

The annual salary range for this role is up to$43,888. The final offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as applicable stateregulations, internal equity, and business needs, and may falloutside of the stated range.
Required Schedule/Availability (all times are EST): We are currently searching for someone available for at 9:00 a.m. –6:00 p.m. EST., but you also need to be available Monday through Friday: 8:0 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. EST as needed.
