Job Description

We are hiring female-identifying volunteers at this time, in accordance with our BFOQ policy. In the future, we plan to expand opportunities to all genders.

• Collaborate with the Offboarding Manager
• Oversee a team of Offboarding Coordinators
• Develop strategies to streamline offboarding processes
• Manage timely offboarding of team members
• Track offboarding status and communicate with relevant departments
• Assist with critical needs and coordinate national initiatives
• Perform related duties and oversee departmental workflow
• Provide performance evaluations

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
• Knowledge of employment laws and policies
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize and work under stress
• Available to volunteer 15+ hours/week
