Job summary

Valley Children\'s Hospital is seeking a recruiter support specialist. You will assist recruiters from interview stage to hire date, participate in multiple projects, and help create electronic files while coordinating interviews and background checks.

A strong focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience is required. You will also contribute to creative website advertising and collaborate with the Recruitment team to meet hospital goals for attracting and retaining a skilled workforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years related experience or completion of a Valley Children's recruitment internship (required).
• Experience creating, managing, and monitoring social media content and engagement for an organization (preferred).

• This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of being on site 2-3 days per week or as needed to support operational and team requirements.
