Job summary

Precision Recruiting Solutions Group® (PRSG®) seeks a Recruiting Specialist to build talent for wealth management, advisory, and capital markets. The role is hybrid with three days on-site in Pittsburgh, PA and two days remote.

Responsibilities include delivering 15–20 high-quality hires annually, sourcing 3–5 candidates per role within 14 days, and reducing time-to-fill through proactive pipelines and strong ATS hygiene.

Qualifications

• 3+ years full-cycle recruiting in financial services, wealth management, or broker-dealer environments.
• Demonstrated success placing licensed advisors or FINRA-registered professionals.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, Boolean/LinkedIn sourcing, and structured intake with hiring managers.
• Ability to translate business needs into measurable hiring outcomes and close candidates in a competitive market.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder management across advisors, operations, and compliance.

• Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles and close 90% of extended offers.
• Build diverse, qualified slates for every search and improve representation of underrepresented talent in finalist pools.
• Drive retention of hires by matching candidates to real performance requirements, not just resumes.
