Job summary

Am Law 100 firm in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia is seeking a Manager, Legal Recruiting to lead the full attorney recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, in a dynamic talent acquisition team.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle legal recruiting experience in a law firm, strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to partner with firm leadership on strategic talent initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle legal recruiting experience within a law firm environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proficiency in LawCruit, Leopard Solutions, or viRecruit (or similar ATS).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable in a hybrid work environment with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of attorney and lateral hiring processes across multiple offices.
• Partner with hiring partners, department heads, and leadership to develop recruitment strategies.
• Oversee sourcing, interviews, and onboarding of associates and laterals.
