Role Description

The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The Recruitment Specialist conducts structured interviews, communicates with candidates throughout the hiring process, and supports offer preparation and onboarding activities. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate recruitment records, collaborating with operations leadership to understand staffing needs, and supporting the design and delivery of training and orientation programs for new hires. The role also involves monitoring recruitment metrics, recommending process improvements, and ensuring all hiring activities follow company policies and applicable regulations.
