Job summary

About the Role:

Operation Support Inc is looking for a driven and people-focused Recruiter to join our team in City of Industry, CA! In this role, you'll play a key part in connecting top talent with exciting opportunities while helping our organization grow and thrive. Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job postings
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and culture fit
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate and requisition data
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate timely updates to candidates and hiring teams
• Assist with offer negotiations, background checks, and pre-employment processes

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job platforms
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus
