New Horizons 124 is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our on-site team in North Hills, CA. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, build talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

1. Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience sourcing and screening candidates; experience with nonprofit hiring is a plus.
2. Tech-Savvy & Systems Proficiency: Strong command of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Indeed, social media, and other digital recruiting tools for candidate sourcing.
3. Stakeholder Management: Collaborative approach to partnering with hiring managers through regular intake meetings, alignment on staffing needs, and coordination throughout the hiring process.
4. Work Authorization & Workplace Requirements: Eligible to work in the United States and able to work on-site.
5. Availability: Available for occasional job fairs and community events.
6. Industry Experience: Experience recruiting in nonprofit services, social services, healthcare, or disability-services is preferred.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: The Recruitment and Retention Specialist must possess an associates' degree. Bachelor's degree or certification in human resources-related area is preferred. Experience may be substituted for education at the discretion of the Sr. Director of Human Resources.
