We’re growing quickly and looking for a Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role you will work with stakeholders to define the job description and interview plan for open roles assigned and quickly spin up a relevant funnel of excellent candidates. You will work closely with the senior recruiters on the TA team to develop sourcing strategies with an excellent eye to candidate experience and overall efficiency. This is a Boston-based contract position with the possibility to convert to full-time.
As a Sourcer you will provide leverage to the senior members of Keystone’s Talent Acquisition team by owning several key openings across our client-facing and corporate functions needs. You will be responsible for evaluating all inbound applicants, sourcing passive candidates, and tapping into the personal networks of our existing staff to help develop a rich pool of talent. You will own the outreach and initial screening of candidates as well as scheduling their initial interviews for fit.
