About the Role
We are seeking a resourceful and results-driven Talent Sourcer to support hiring initiatives across multiple business functions. The S2 Talent Sourcer plays a critical role in developing talent pipelines, engaging passive candidates, and partnering closely with recruiters to deliver qualified talent. This role is ideal for individuals with prior sourcing, recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience who are looking to further develop their recruiting career.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other talent acquisition tools.
- Build, manage, and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and specialized positions.
- Conduct resume reviews and candidate pre-screening to assess qualifications and fit.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring demands and develop sourcing strategies.
- Execute outreach campaigns through email, phone, text, and professional networking platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate conversations and provide recommendations to recruiting partners.
- Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and candidate engagement metrics.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist with talent market research, competitor mapping, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Support recruitment projects and process improvement efforts as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, staffing, talent acquisition, sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sourcing platforms.
- Ability to independently identify and engage qualified candidates.
Preferred
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, or similar sourcing tools.
- Experience working within an ATS and CRM system.
- Experience sourcing for professional, technical, operations, or high-volume roles.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques, Boolean search methodology, and talent mapping.
