Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree with 2–3 years of recruiting/onboarding experience.
• Strong attention to detail and superior communication.
• Proficient organizational skills; able to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service; strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ATS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Talent Acquisition with daily recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Guide candidates through application and interview process, personalizing the experience.
• Prepare candidate and new hire packages; post jobs to ATS and job boards.
• Coordinate onboarding activities including screenings, health appointments, orientation.
• Facilitate onboarding for contractors and travelers; maintain compliant files.
• Manage Employee Referral Program communications and recruitment line queries.
• Assist with scheduling interviews and travel; create and post content on social platforms.
• Assist with testing and back-up phone screens/references.
