Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred; or associate’s degree with relevant experience.
• 1-3 years of human resources experience in an administrative or coordinator role preferred.
• Experience with integrated HR systems and maintaining employee data, workflows, reporting and system accuracy; previous experience with Paylocity preferred.
• Working knowledge of HR operations, best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel capabilities, and familiar with AI-enabled workplace tools.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely guidance to employees regarding employment-related programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serves as HRIS administrator, maintaining system configuration, user access, workflows, and data integrity across modules and HR platforms.
• Provides day-to-day technical support and guidance to employees and managers using HR systems; analyzes HR reports.
• Prepares, processes, and submits biweekly and unscheduled payrolls in coordination with the HR team.
• Completes post-payroll reporting and reconciliations, researching and resolving discrepancies.
• Supports recruitment from posting through interview coordination and candidate experience.
• Owns pre-boarding and onboarding components, ensuring documentation and system access are completed on time.
• Coordinates internal training program logistics and learning management system administration.
