Job summary

Our Blood Institute is seeking a Recruitment Operations Director to lead donor recruitment programs, manage teams, and align processes with our mission to save lives. This role focuses on building strong teams, turning data into action, and partnering with executives to reach blood collection goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5–8 years of donor recruitment experience required
• Previous management or leadership experience required

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise mobile recruitment operations scheduling, calendar management, analyst, and programs staff.
• Oversee recruitment programs and community initiatives from development through implementation.
• Develop and improve policies, procedures, processes, tools, and guidelines.
• Partner with leadership to identify new opportunities for donor recruitment growth and engagement.
• Build strong relationships across departments to ensure recruitment initiatives are aligned and executed effectively.
• Work with Center Executive Directors and recruitment leaders to support operational success and blood collection goals.
• Develop strategies that give recruitment teams the data, tools, resources, and information they need to perform at their best.
• Monitor department metrics and promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional organizational projects.
