Our Blood Institute is looking for an experienced, strategic, and people-focused Recruitment Operations Director to help lead the programs, processes, people, and partnerships that keep our blood supply strong.
This isn't just another leadership role. Your work will directly support the blood products hospitals need and the patients and families who depend on them.

Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Pay: Competitive pay to include shift differential and holiday pay and is based on education and/or experience and $500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year!

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may vary)
