Job summary

Oklahoma Blood Institute is seeking a Recruitment Operations Director to lead donor recruitment programs, drive data-informed strategies, and build strong, cross‑functional teams dedicated to ensuring a robust blood supply. This leadership role focuses on program development, process improvements, and strategic partnerships across the organization.

You will oversee scheduling, staff, and community initiatives while partnering with executives to grow donor recruitment and engagement efforts,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5–8 years of donor recruitment experience required.
• Previous management or leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobile recruitment operations scheduling, calendar management, analyst and programs staff.
• Oversee recruitment programs and community initiatives from development through implementation.
• Develop and improve policies, procedures, processes, tools and guidelines.
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for donor recruitment growth and engagement.
• Build relationships across departments to align recruitment initiatives.
• Support operational success and blood collection goals with Center Executive Directors and recruitment leaders.
• Develop strategies to give recruitment teams data, tools, resources and information.
• Monitor department metrics and promote accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional organizational projects.
