Job summary

Oklahoma Blood Institute in Tulsa seeks a hands-on Phlebotomy Supervisor to lead from the front, coaching a donor-services team and ensuring safe, efficient blood drives. This role combines field work with team development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of proven leadership experience.
• Healthcare or medical experience required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including early mornings, late evenings, weekends.
• Willingness to drive coach vehicles.
• Ability to provide an MVR with zero points and no moving/traffic violations.
• Ability to lift, bend, and reach up to 40 lbs.

Pay: Competitive pay based on education and/or experience to include shift differential and holiday pay; tenure bonuses; employee referral bonuses
