Amergis Healthcare Staffing, formerly Maxim Healthcare Staffing, seeks a National Recruitment Manager Trainee to join our corporate/field office in Tampa. The role begins with a formal training period covering compliance, sales techniques, HR processing, and basic recruitment tools, with the goal of developing into a National Recruitment Manager.

The program includes hands-on observation of NRMs, weekly e-learning modules, and exposure to candidate outreach, onboarding workflows, and licensure

Qualificações

• Undergraduate degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or licensed RN.
• Federal, state and local requirements must be met.

Responsabilidades

• Assists and observes the NRMs in the office
• Completes Recruiter Trainee E-Learning modules weekly
• Answers incoming calls from candidates and clients
• Reviews the types of healthcare licenses held by our Caregivers and learns the differences
• May contact candidates about opportunities with Amergis
• Reviews onboarding workflow and becomes familiar with Amergis' requirements and processes
• Must successfully complete the Recruiter Training program within the designated time period to be promoted to a National Recruitment Manager position
• Performs other duties as assigned
