Responsibilities

• Interview candidates, verify credentials, and assess alignment with hiring criteria.
• Negotiate pay packages that balance candidate needs and company goals.
• Secure acceptance from both candidates and clients to finalize placements.
• Stay connected with placed employees, supporting payroll, resolving issues, and promoting retention.
• Meet and exceed hiring goals, performance standards, and productivity expectations.
