Jaan Health is a software company focused on leveraging accessible technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to drive better healthcare outcomes for patients while addressing the increasing cost and profitability challenges facing the healthcare industry. Our SaaS platform, Phamily, provides healthcare systems and physicians with an AI-powered virtual care platform that enables them to efficiently and quickly manage the chronic conditions and general healthcare needs of their patients between office visits while also increasing their reimbursement and financial sustainability in the process. Phamily helps transform healthcare from reactive, episodic treatment to proactive care management. We have helped tens of thousands of patients since our founding. We need your help to serve even more patients and revolutionize healthcare delivery!
That is, We are looking for an innovative, driven Recruitment Manager to help our people operations and operations department. In this role, you will report to our Director of People Operations to build out a best-in-class people operations experience here at Phamily and help engage and retain current employees while helping create systems to develop them. You will assist in onboarding, off-boarding, building processes and policies, and working autonomously to identify areas that need improvement.
What We Are Looking For:
At Jaan Health, we value high-performance teams, and we want to work with people that embody our foundational competencies:
● Curiosity (intellectual, emotional and social) and a drive to learn and grow in a fast- paced, entrepreneurial environment - We believe that rethinking the status quo - including within yourself and your development - is imperative and that great ideas can and should come from everyone and be about everyone/everything. You are a creative problem solver and use all available resources when tackling any issue or obstacle.
● Collaboration - Every interaction, whether with a client or a colleague, should be impactful and respectful and, ideally, leave that colleague excited for the next time you work together.
● Execution-oriented with an ownership mentality—You do what you say you will do and do what needs to be done, taking full responsibility for the success of your work. You have the courage and creativity to be thoughtfully disruptive and try new things, but you will also admit when something isn’t working, own it, rethink your approach, and improve.
Because we are a fast-growing, early-stage company with a bold mission and a lot of work to do, every employee of Jaan must have growth company DNA, which requires either success working in a fast- paced VC/PE-backed early-stage company with high expectations or the underlying qualities that create that success: fast-pace, high-motor, comfort with ambiguity and resilience in all of its forms, as well as a growth mindset. Things change quickly and frequently here, so we need someone who is at the top of their game and can shift gears, alter direction, and keep going at pace. You must be a playbook writer and executor, able to make plans that both meet the current moment and contemplate the future and then implement them. No matter your job level, you will own your work from beginning to end, take feedback well, prioritize what matters, never rest on your laurels, stay positive and resilient, and make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition – Identify and attract qualified candidates through job postings, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
2. Candidate Screening & Assessment – Conduct initial screenings, evaluate experience and qualifications, and ensure candidates align with client needs.
3. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, timelines, and expectations.
4. Interview Coordination – Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
5. Pipeline Management – Maintain an active talent pool of corporate roles to ensure quick fulfillment of staffing requests.
6. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting—Track hiring performance, time to fill, and other key metrics to drive process improvements.
7. Employer Branding & Engagement – Promote the company’s mission and values to attract top talent in the healthcare space.
8. Process Optimization – Continuously refine recruitment strategies to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

● Equity: High performers also have the potential to earn options at Phamily.
● Work/Life Flow: Flexible vacation and remote work policy.
● Benefits: Health insurance is covered for both you and your legal dependents, and there are competitive plans for dental/vision and daycare FSA. Company 401K matching at the 6-month mark. If you take pride in delivering results, embrace challenges, and proactively seek improvement, then this is the place for you. You will be part of a competent, self-aware, humble team dedicated to improving healthcare.
