The Role

We’re hiring a Recruiting Manager who will be a Player / Coach to lead and elevate our delivery function. You’ll still run point on key searches, but your bigger job is to build a scalable, high-performance recruiting engine.

You’ll coach our global delivery team, refine our process, and make sure we’re landing top talent, fast. This role is critical as we scale. You'll be laying the foundation for long-term excellence in candidate delivery.

What You'll Do

• Manage and develop a team of recruiters
• Build and refine SOPs to optimize speed, quality, and candidate experience
• Collaborate closely with our BD team to ensure we deliver what we sell
• Identify gaps in process or skill and solve them fast
• Be the cultural cornerstone of our delivery team

Who You Are

• A top-tier executive recruiter with at least 4+ years of experience
• You've worked in retained or high-level contingent search
• You’ve led a team and mentored recruiters before
• You’re obsessed with quality, but move at private equity speed
• You love building systems, coaching people, and getting results
• You can hold high standards without creating a toxic culture
• You thrive in a remote environment with clear goals and high autonomy
