Title: Business Partner, Client Acquisition in Executive Search

Location: Remote, from the US

We are seeking a visionary and highly accomplished individual to join our team as an Executive Search Business Partner. This role is designed for current or former executives with a proven track record of building and nurturing relationships with senior-level executives and top HR leaders on a global scale. Your expertise will be pivotal in addressing the talent needs of our distinguished clientele.

As an Executive Search Business Partner, you will leverage your extensive network and business acumen to drive our executive search operations. You will be entrusted with overseeing client accounts and leading projects, backed by our seasoned research and recruiting staff dedicated to supporting your success. This structure empowers you to concentrate on business development and client management while delegating administrative and sourcing tasks to our inside team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Development: Cultivate new business opportunities and foster enduring relationships with an established client base.
  • Executive Talent Acquisition Support: Guide hiring managers through the talent acquisition process, providing expert-level hiring counsel. Support the internal C.O.I. research team to provide clear guidance and insights.
  • Client Consultation: Partner with clients to define job requirements, ensure corporate culture alignment, and identify candidate competencies.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates pre-screened by your internal recruiting team.
  • Solution Presentation: Develop and present tailored C.O.I. solutions to address clients' executive search needs.
  • Customer Value Proposition: Define, communicate, and implement a compelling value proposition to meet sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Client Presentations: Lead impactful presentations to potential clients, showcasing our capabilities.
  • Sales & Marketing Planning: Research, develop, and maintain strategic sales and marketing plans.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, activities, and government regulations.
  • Professional Communication: Foster cooperative and professional communication with all staff levels and customers.
  • Constructive Communication: Maintain open, honest, and constructive communication channels.
