Job summary

Lumicity in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced Recruitment Learning & Development Consultant to lead onboarding and coaching for our recruitment consultants. This role transitions a recruitment background into Learning & Development, leveraging your expertise in recruitment to train and mentor others.

You will deliver onboarding, coach on business development, candidate management, and negotiation, and partner with managers to improve performance and progression.

Qualifications

• Recruitment or staffing experience.
• Success in a sales-driven recruitment environment.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Genuine interest in developing others.
• Interest in building a career in Learning & Development.
• Previous training, mentoring, or onboarding experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and training sessions.
• Coach recruiters on business development, candidate management, negotiation, and sales performance.
• Support consultants through one-to-one and group coaching.
• Partner with managers to improve performance and progression.
• Develop training materials and recruitment best practices.
