Job summary

Lumicity in Chicago, IL is seeking an experienced Recruitment Learning & Development Consultant to train, coach, and develop our recruitment consultants. This role offers a clear path into Learning & Development and a base salary with performance upside.

You will deliver onboarding sessions, coach on business development, candidate management and negotiations, and partner with managers to drive progression and best practices across the team.

This is an opportunity for someone with a recruitment background to transition into Learning & Development while using the expertise they've built on a recruitment desk.
