Job summary

Lumicity in Chicago, IL is seeking an experienced Recruitment Learning & Development Consultant to train, coach, and develop our recruitment consultants. This role offers a clear path into Learning & Development and a base salary with performance upside.

You will deliver onboarding sessions, coach on business development, candidate management and negotiations, and partner with managers to drive progression and best practices across the team.

Qualifications

• Recruitment or staffing experience.
• Sales-driven recruitment background.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Genuine interest in developing others and building a career in L&D.
• Previous training or onboarding experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and training sessions
• Coach recruiters on business development, candidate management, negotiation, and sales performance
• Support consultants through one-to-one and group coaching
• Partner with managers to improve performance and progression
• Develop training materials and recruitment best practices
