Responsabilités

• Post job vacancies on platforms and internal systems.
• Screen resumes and applications for suitable profiles.
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers.
• Communicate interview arrangements, status updates, and feedback to candidates.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracking systems.
• Prepare onboarding documentation for successful candidates.
• Assist HR team with general recruitment and HR ops tasks.
