Job summary

Klipsch Senior Care, LLC d/b/a Home Instead is seeking a Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator to lead the recruitment, development, and engagement of Care Professionals. The role is based out of the Indianapolis office and focuses on providing training and mentorship, while upholding Home Instead standards and ensuring effective communications across leadership and staff.

The coordinator will manage interviewing, orientation, and ongoing training, including compliance with safety and labor

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• One year of facilitation/training experience or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams and other virtual meeting platforms is required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and engage Care Professionals.
• Lead all training programs and orientation.
• Maintain ATS and manage leads/applications.
