• Answer calls warmly and professionally as the first point of contact.
• Monitor scheduling changes and respond promptly, including evenings and weekends.
• Coordinate with clients, families, and Care Professionals to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records in scheduling systems and care management tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve care and expand services.
• Support Care Professional engagement and maintain a positive team culture.
