Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. in Frankfort, Kentucky is seeking a Recruiter to attract top Care Professional talent through online postings, walk-ins, and community networking. The Recruiter will also manage the Care Professional team through one-on-one coaching and annual reviews.

As the face of Home Instead in the community, you will demonstrate our core value of Love in all interactions with clients and staff, while maintaining compliance and recruiting excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience recruiting top talent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Effective interpersonal skills while building relationships easily and naturally.
• Sound judgment and good decision-making.
• Demonstrated discretion, integrity, and fairness.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employment inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies online and in the community.
• Schedule and conduct candidate interviews.
• Perform reference checks, background and drug screenings.
• Maintain employment records in the applicant tracking system.
• Develop engagement strategies to retain Care Professionals.
• Schedule annual reviews and ongoing performance conversations.
• Coordinate scheduling with the Scheduling Department to create high-quality matches.
• Monitor metrics like utilization and turnover.
• Log client and Care Professional activity in the system.
• Plan and execute Care Professional meetings.
• Ensure availability optimization and hours utilization.
• All other duties as assigned.
